Halton Housing Sandymoore Extra Care Development
Brief from the client Halton Housing to produce a brand, brochure and accompanying marketing campaign promoting an over 55’s Extra Care Development in Sandymoor, Runcorn. The target audience was existing and potential customers aged 55 and over, who may have been considering a move to an Extra Care Scheme for a number of reasons. The marketing campaign was to show a clear distinction between an Extra Care Scheme and a Care Home, as the latter offers less freedom and independence to its residents. The campaign also set out to take a stand against ageism by using imagery of the target audience living an 'active and independent lifestyle' to further promote the idea behind staying in an Extra Care Development.
